Hi there. I'm Kat Kinsman. I write and talk about food and the people who make and serve it, mental health, pop culture, social justice, the media, endometriosis, SIBO, and complicated feeeeeeeeelings.

I'm senior editor at Food & Wine for digital and print, and I'm the founder of Chefs With Issues. I wrote a book called Hi, Anxiety: Life With a Bad Case of Nerves, and I host an odd little cooking show called No Pressure. I do a lot of public speaking.
